3 Reasons Why My Food Allergic Family Shops at Smith’s Grocery Store

Smith’s grocery store is a great place to shop for food allergy families.  Here’s 3 reasons why we like to shop there:

  1. Many of Smith’s generic, Kroger brand items have very simple lists of ingredients and no cross contamination warnings, providing you with a wealth of less expensive options to chose from.
  2. In addition, Smith’s keeps track of the products you buy and sends you coupons for those very products, so you have even more ways to save money.
  3. Finally, Smith’s is currently one of the only grocery stores in my area that carries Sunflower Dream, which we use regularly in our cooking every day.
