Food allergy symptoms began appearing in Tiffany’s baby as early as two months old, when he began pulling away in pain while breastfeeding.

Troubleshooting was a tiresome, emotionally painful process and Tiffany found herself relying on much of her own research and mother's instincts in addition to the help that doctors were providing. With the help of doctors, elimination diets, blood tests, and unfortunately a few more serious allergic reactions, Tiffany eventually discovered that her baby was allergic to 7 of the top 8 food allergens and intolerant to other foods as well, including gluten and many gluten free grains.

Tiffany’s experience inspired her to create a resource to help parents in similar situations make the transition better than she did.  Her goals are to help you discover sooner, troubleshoot smarter, cope better and implement smoother.

Where are we now?

At 3 years of age, Tiffany's baby has already outgrown many of his food allergy sensitivities and intolerances. He continues to see a board certified allergist for annual testing and while still severely allergic to 5 of the top 8 food allergens (with an intolerance to a 6th), Tiffany continues to provide recipes and product reviews which are free from all of the top 8 food allergens, enabling more families to enjoy them!
