Chocolate Buttercream Frosting (top 8 free, gluten free, vegan)

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 T. cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup Soy Free Earth Balance
  • 2 T. dairy free milk of your choice
  • 1 t. vanilla extract
  • 1 to 2 T. boiling hot water

Directions

  1. Mix together powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
  2. Cream Earth Balance with powdered sugar and cocoa (mixture will be dry and somewhat crumbly).
  3. Add dairy free milk and vanilla.
  4. Mix until well blended.
  5. Add hot water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
