One of the least convenient things to deal with for food allergy sufferers is finding a place to eat when on the go. Isn’t the purpose of fast food somewhat defeated if you have to spend 20 minutes quizzing the staff about ingredients used in their products, cooking techniques, and cleaning procedures?
For dine in restaurants, it doesn’t really get much better. When you are eating out, you want to relax and enjoy your food, not draw extra attention to yourself or wait longer to eat because the chef has to research every aspect of each bite you want to put into your mouth.
