Easy Apple Cars

Did you know when you make healthy food more interesting for kids, they are more likely to eat it?  Try these fun apple cars for a twist on the typical apple slices or grapes that may be waiting for them when they get home from school.

For a fun party idea, give each child a piece of butcher paper and some crayons or markers.  Let them draw their own network of roads, buildings, parks and other landmarks while you gather the supplies for the cars.  Then, let them build and play with their cars until they just can’t resist gobbling them up!
