Grandpa’s Kitchen Review and Giveaway

We are excited to introduce you to Grandpa’s Kitchen Gluten Free Flour Blends!

GKFlourGrandpa’s Kitchen produces both a bread & pizza flour blend as well as a gluten free baking mix, so you can choose a blend based on the type of product you are creating.  In addition to these blends, they’ve been putting together mixes for some of their famous recipes like their yellow cake mix and pumpkin squares, bringing even more convenience to your kitchen.

Grandpa’s Kitchen products are made in a gluten free facility that is also free of all of the top 8 food allergens (which means they are dairy free as well).  Grandpa’s Kitchen products are also Kosher and beginning in 2015, they will be free of GMO’s as well!

We were given some of the Grandpa’s Kitchen Baking Blend to sample and decided that we’d try it on our favorite gluten free, vegan brownie recipe.

Not only were were able to replace a flour blend that we recently discovered is no longer produced in a nut free facility, but we actually like they way these brownies turned out better!

We love them so much that we’ve already had some fun making festive treats with our brownie recipe this season, like these tasty Christmas Tree Brownies

We even used Grandpa’s Kitchen flour as a cup for cup substitution to make a favorite family recipe from our gluten filled days… blonde brownies which turned out famously and we’ll be sharing with you soon!
