This purple-looking blueberry smoothie is actually green because hiding inside is delicious, good-for you spinach.  And with a fun name like Greepleberry, why wouldn’t your kids want to try it? We think it tastes even better when you sip it through a straw.  Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold orange juice
  • 4 medium strawberries (fresh)
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 4 handfuls (or 2 cups packed) spinach

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend well.
  2. Serve immediately.
