Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 c. safe butter alternative
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. Better Batter All Purpose Flour Mix
  • 1 T. fruit pectin
  • 1/2 t. soda
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 2 to 4 T. safe milk alternative
  • 6 oz. safe chocolate chips 1 1/4 cups We prefer Amanda's Own or Pascha 55% Cacao chips best!

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
  • Cream butter and sugars.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Add dry ingredients.
  • Add milk, 1 T. at a time until dough reaches desired consistency (dough will be a little sticky).
  • Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  • Roll into balls and chill in fridge 1 to 2 hours or in freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Bake at 375 F for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Let cool 10 minutes on cookie sheet.
  • Remove to wire rack.
