cocoa powder

safe butter

safe milk

vanilla

hot water
Instructions
Blend powdered sugar and cocoa.
Cream with safe butter (mixture will be dry and crumbly, not smooth).
Beat in milk substitute and vanilla.
Add small amounts of hot water, mixing well (1 tbsp at a time), until desired consistency is reached.
