Tiffany is the mother of a child with multiple severe food allergies, wife of a husband with food allergy sensitivities, and manages a few allergies of her own.  As Founder of Allergy Cookie, her goal is to provide you with information to simplify living with multiple food allergies and celebrate life in the process. Tiffany has served as a local Chair for the FARE Walk for Food Allergy, Community Events Director and General Board Member for the Utah Food Allergy Network, and Support Group Leader for the No Nuts Moms Group of Utah. In addition to blogging and publishing books about living with food allergies, Tiffany shares an empowering message as a public speaker at food allergy related conferences supporting the newly diagnosed and others facing challenges in the kitchen. Tiffany's husband is known for his attention to detail... especially when it comes to textures. Any gluten free cookies that pass this guy's rigorous "grit test" are a win for everyone! He's taught Tiffany many cooking techniques over the years and she owes her ability to decipher seasonings in dishes to many years of training from The Taste Tester himself. The Taste Tester also supports the Allergy Cookie cause by working full time to bring home the bacon, contributing creative input, and escorting the troops to allergy friendly events. This kid is super smart.  He taught himself how to read at age two and a half and has been a sponge for information ever since. His attention to detail keeps the rest of us on our toes and his passion for math and science has him analyzing everything he involves himself in. He is, of course, fascinated by the science behind food allergies and ingredient substitutions, which helps make time in the kitchen fun!  This kid also loves to entertain and make people laugh.  You may have already met him via one of his many appearances in Kid History or Kid Snippets videos.

This creative kid is our own little allergy cookie who inspired the Allergy Cookie brand. He's a ball of energy... constantly reminding us to have fun and keep it simple at the same time. He loves to help in the kitchen, experiment, and try new things. His hands on creative resourcefulness inspires us to think outside the box, inventing new flavor combinations and fun twists on recipes. He's also interested in math and science and hanging out with his big brother whenever he can, including time producing their very own YouTube videos on the Allergy Cookie channel.
