Two-Ingredient Trail Mix Granola

I love this granola trail mix recipe because it can be adapted for almost any special diet! Only two ingredients are needed to make the base (oats & apples) and then you can add anything else you want (raisins, dried cranberries, chocolate chips, seeds, etc)!
