Irresistible Brookie Bars

These Brookie Bars are the perfect combination of chewy, sweet, buttery, crunch, with a flaky chocolate top layer.  You get brownies & cookies all in one… our family just can’t get enough of these!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Make cookie dough and press into bottom of two 8 x 8 pans.
  3. Refrigerate.
  4. Next, prepare brownie batter.
  5. Remove pans from fridge and pour brownie batter over top of cookie dough (dividing equally between pans).
  6. Spread brownie batter until it covers cookie dough layer completely.
  7. Bake on center oven rack at 350 F for 35 to 40 minutes.
  8. Let cool in pan or eat warm.
