Guess what movie we’re excited for this summer!?

Incredibles 2, of course!

We’re so excited that we made these incredible super power cookies with secret ingredients (like super fruit, protein powder, and zingyness) that really pack in the punch… just like Jack Jack!!

What you end up with is a soft and chewy sour cherry flavored cookie that looks a lot like a familiar, beloved logo… free from all of the top 8 food allergens, of course!

Incredible Super Power Cookies [gluten free, top 8 free, allergy friendly]

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cream butter alternative and sugar.
  2. Add lemon juice, vanilla, and 1/4 cup juice from maraschino cherries
  3. Add cherry jello mix, flour, and protein powder.
  4. Drain one of the jars of cherries and discard the juice.
  5. Chop the cherries into fine pieces and add to flour mixture.
  6. If desired, chop a handful of hot tamale candies into fine pieces and add to flour mixture.
  7. Gently mix until well blended.
  8. Refrigerate dough for at least one hour, until firm enough to handle.
  9. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  10. When dough is firm, roll into balls and place on lined cookie sheet.
  11. Grease a 1/2 t. sized measuring spoon and use it to press a small indent into the top third of each cookie.
  12. Fill each indent with a maraschino cherry.
  13. Bake 15 to 18 minutes.
  14. Remove from oven, sprinkle with gold sprinkles and cool completely on pan.
  15. Use black food marker to draw logo design.
